Our dispatch monitors both terminals continuously and adjusts your chauffeur's arrival to your live flight status.

Arrivals
Text your chauffeur once your baggage is in hand. For curbside, we pull up on the arrivals level at your terminal within 2–3 minutes. For meet & greet, your chauffeur is already inside the arrivals hall with a personalised sign as you exit customs.
Departures
We arrive 10 minutes ahead of your requested pickup, help load luggage and take the fastest route to your departure terminal. Chauffeur drops you at the correct check-in door for your airline (Terminal 1 doors A–F, Terminal 3 doors A–D).
Meet & Greet
Available on every arrival at $25 CAD upgrade. Your chauffeur parks, walks into the arrivals hall, meets you at customs exit with a personalised sign, and helps with luggage all the way to the car.
Live flight monitoring
Every YYZ arrival includes complimentary flight tracking and 60 minutes of wait time. Customs delays, weather delays and slow baggage carousels are on us — never billed as extras.
