To dispatch a chauffeur we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off details, flight number (when applicable), passenger count and any special instructions you share with our team. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
We use your information solely to confirm and deliver your reservation — to contact you about your trip, monitor your flight, coordinate meet & greet service, issue receipts and provide customer support. We never sell or rent your data.
Sharing
Trip details are shared with the assigned chauffeur and dispatch team. We may share information with payment processors, fraud-prevention services or law enforcement when required by law.
Data retention
Reservation records are retained as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting info@achauffeur.com.
